In Star Trek V: The Final Frontier as Kirk, Spock, and McCoy fly up the Enterprise turboshaft, the deck signs move from Deck 72 to Deck 56, not to mention that the largest Enterprise in the franchise, model E from Star Trek: First Contact, consists of only 26 decks.
