I've learned patience. (As I sit waiting and waiting for things to download, for my emails to open, for my IM's to go through.)
I've learned that even though I have 4.0 some of my embedded pictures might not be displayed.
I have learned that my mailbox is sometimes "temporarily unavailable," usually when I need to access it the most. Or that I can't send mail when I need to the most.
I've learned that even if I cancel backgrounds, the time it takes to cancel, just might take longer than letting it be displayed.
I've learned that corresponding with Keyword "System Response" is like corresponding with no one!
I've learned that I don't always get the answer to questions I ask when contacting "techprob@aol.net". (Maybe it was someone else's answer because it sure wasn't what I asked about.)
I've learned that "fatal error" & "Illegal operation" are not really fatal or illegal.
I've learned that there are more GOOD people online than BAD.
I've learned that the computer is a GREAT thing.
I've learned that the screen that I'm looking at has many wonderful people on the other side of it, even if I can't seem to see them.
I've learned that believing everything someone tells you online is an error in good judgment.
I've learned that women are more sensitive and actually care what you think. ( But there are a lot of pretty neat guys out there, too! )
I've learned that the computer can make me LMAO!
I've learned that the online friends I've made are extra-special people.
I've learned that computer friends pass on just like REAL people do.
I guess this means they ARE real people
